Send us a email detailing your special request. Let us know specific colours, fabric types, prints, lengths, widths, styles, quantities etc. If we can accomodate your custom order, we will work with you to finalise the Project Proposal – an agreed summary of deliverables, costs, and approximate lead and production times. (Project Proposals are valid for 14 days from the date sent. If acceptance is received after this period has lapsed, an updated Project Proposal may be required.)

We will require acceptance of the Project Proposal and payment upfront to proceed with your custom order. An invoice will be emailed to you for payment within 7 days. We will not proceed with ordering materials or production of a project until full payment has been received by us.

Approximate processing and lead times on custom orders will be outlined within the finalised Project Proposal. These time frames begin from the date payment is received by us and does not include delivery time frames. Time frames may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. Please keep this in mind when making time sensitive requests.

Custom orders will generally incur additional charges, depending on the nature of project. All costs will be outlined in the invoice provided once the Project Proposal has been finalised.

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your custom order, Contact Us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist. Changes or cancellations can only be made prior to ordering of materials/production of your order being commenced. Please note, any changes to your order may incur additional fees. Cancellation of your order may incur a cancellation fee.
